Visited twice

My wife and myself both had different appointment times. We live in Paulsgrove so we have to travel a fair distance to the surgery plus the expense. Maybe in the future when we both have to visit we can be offered a joint booking.

Doctor/nurse very nice explained everything.
Receptionist was very rude and not very helpful. just because I couldn’t sign in on appointment screen as it wasn’t letting me.

Always polite, friendly and caring

After having a kidney removed and previous bowel cancer, my blood pressure increased quite drastically. Kingston surgery were onto it straight away and have been working towards bringing it back down to an acceptable reading. The staff are always polite, friendly and caring, I have had nothing but good service from all concerned. I feel safe in the knowledge that from Doctors, Health Care Workers, Nurses and even the receptionists that I am in good hands. Thank you to all at Kingston Crecent Surgery.
