Couldn't fault the attitude and helpfulness

When I arrived, I was offered both flu and Covid jabs which I appreciated. I said I had been a bit under the weather that day and was advised not to have either jab. No fuss, very professional and caring, again which I appreciated. Couldn't fault the attitude and helpfulness of the staff.

I was extremely impressed by Andrea from this team. She listened to me and fully understood my dilemma. A suggestion was made and organised for an annual medical review with a GP via the phone. This was the second time I had made a call to this department regarding one of the queries, the first time I received no helpful advice.
I have also had 2 visits. Diabetic review - again I was listened to, and inoculations, the only problem was getting a parking slot in the car park. I'd have used the bus but our service was removed a few years ago.

Thank you for your comments. I am pleased that on the whole you have received a service to your expectations. Car parking is not guaranteed, at some of a sites it is very limited therefore we do ask patients to ensure that they arrive earlier in case they need to park nearby. Minor surgery

I went in for steroid injections for carpal tunnel, due to the minimal relief from the previous round of steroids the GP felt it wasn't likely to help and instead discussed surgery with myself and set the ball rolling for this.
The GP I saw was very welcoming and informative, he clearly knew what he was talking about and was very professional.

I phoned the same day and was very kindly given an appointment. The lady I saw was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble and while I was there I also received my flu and COVID jab.

Shingles vaccine

I called in to enquire about my shingles vaccine as I am 65 years old and have a health issue.
I only had to wait for twenty minutes and the doctor called me in for the injection.
A few minutes later I was able to leave the surgery.

Thank you for your feedback. When patients attend for immunisation clinics, the appointments are issued to ensure that we do not overbook. Although the queues are initially long, due to the number of clinicians the queue reduces very quickly. We have floor walkers to ensure that those who may require further assistance are provided it, also patients can ask for help.

The receptionist was helpful.
My Dr (Dr Nicholson) and the lady working with her were very friendly and listened to my issues and put in lots of effort to resolve the issue I was having and take my coil out. They managed to in the end when 3 others couldn’t so well done Dr Nicholson.
