My appointment was good however the practitioner who attended to me said he'd put up my prescription to Rowlands next door. He didn't do it and I'm left wondering how to go about this collection of prescriptions. So, in terms of handover and doing what you have promised, it's a 2 out of 10 for me.

Had three injections which were quick, polite staff professional staff with a sense of humour.
Location to where we live requires improving.

About 4 rooms ready for vaccinations, so we didn’t have to wait long and helpful that there is someone working the computer and doctor/nurse giving infection.

Really nice staff, from the entrance really helpful, and one of the ladies from the entrance got me through the correct ward and the staff nurse and the doctors are really nice and helpful, really impressed.

Very friendly and skilful
Receptionist attended to me quickly with my appointment and I did not have to make an appointment for my covid jab booster and flu jab. The lady receptionist said "You can have these jabs straight away today." The doctor who performed the injections was very friendly and skilful too.

Steroid injection
Six months ago I received a steroid injection to ease my tenosynovitis. It took me an age to get it attended to.
However six months later I was invited for a top up jab. Appointment choices existed and the doctor that administered it was helpful and explained in detail the procedure.

There was a big queue waiting for their injection. But the queue was moving all the time. And it didn't take long for me to get seen. The nurses talked about what treatment I was having and what side effects I might have.
