Exceptional treatment and care

In all the years that my family and myself have been patients at the East Cliff surgery, we have had exceptional treatment and care from the receptionists, nurses and Doctors.
There may have been times when we have had to wait, but more importantly, I believe all the staff need a trophy for putting up with some of our general public that are rude, inpatient and generally obnoxious!

My Experience

Nurse Jolene looked after me, explaining the procedure and showed me the device from Novartis for administering my first Inclisiran injection & provided a printed account about the medication and asking if I had any questions before giving the injection.
Jolene is polite, friendly & efficient & was welcoming in the morning of a torrential downpour of rain.
