I saw the COPD nurse, she was very good. She went through the visit and explained why they wanted to change my meds and will phone me in a couple of weeks to see if I'm getting on ok.

A credit to their profession

Recommend the surgery

The reception team were really helpful, I submitted anima for my son and was seen very quickly. The Dr was really understanding and I felt listened to. I always have good interactions here and recommend the surgery to people I know.

All went well

I had staples removed by Chloe following a knee replacement. Chloe was great, she asked how I was and if I was concerned about anything following the op. Chloe explained everything well and whilst the staples were being removed. All went well. Thank you Chloe.

A blood test

Came here for a blood test and this is far more convenient than going to QEQM, where I have had to go the last few times , lady that took bloods was wonderful
