New Patient GP appointment
We recently had our New Patient appointment and couldn’t be more impressed with the care we received. The GP we saw was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind—taking the time to thoroughly review and consider all NHS documentation we brought with us, even though it hadn’t yet transferred due to our recent move to the area. Their thoughtful approach, combined with helpful suggestions and appropriate referrals, left us feeling reassured and well cared for.
What stood out most was the time the GP gave us. In a healthcare environment where appointments can often feel rushed, having someone who truly listened and engaged made all the difference—and we are sincerely grateful for that.
Since joining the practice, every interaction we’ve had—whether over the phone or in person—has been marked by friendliness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. We’re incredibly thankful for the practice’s diligence, warmth, and high standard of care. An excellent first impression and a promising start with our new GP practice.

Thorough review of my blood test results, Dr Avril Culatto was easy to talk to, gave advice on what I could do for myself and suggested on a follow up consultation in a few weeks. Also check my blood pressure regularly.

Wound dressing by nurses.
I have attended the clinic on two occasions for wound dressing seeing two different nurses. Both were very professional, kind caring and reassuring.

My recent visit to my doctors was the same experience as the times before. The online booking for appointments was easy. Reception staff kind and very helpful and my doctors listened and dealt with me professionally and with kindness. They are great.

Fantastic service yet again
I had an appointment with Nurse Alice Buck today and along with what my appointment was for, she was a great help with an admin query I brought up whilst I was there. She went above and beyond to assist me and phoned me within half an hour of me leaving to give me the information that I needed. She is a real asset to the team! This was another example in a long list of ways that staff at this surgery have been fantastic.

Recent ECG
This is my second appointment for an ECG recently. Neither of them produced a clear result and I was told the machine may be defective. It was suggested I go to QEQM but I haven't received any further details.
