Good face to face appointment
Not the easiest online system but receptionist staff really helpful. It was good to talk through problems face to face with GP and feel that they will be dealt with.

The GP was absolutely brilliant
I had a really positive experience at my recent appointment. The GP was absolutely brilliant and the reception staff were really helpful and friendly. I was seen on time and I felt very well looked after.

I walked into the East Cliff practice nearly dead and now I’m almost 100% better thanks to the skills of the doctors, nurses and the ladies who injected very painful red liquid into my arms. If you don’t believe me, look where you keep the thank you cards and there’s one for me and my beloved pug. Thank you again for what you’ve done for me.

Amazing experience
We have seen Dr. Wilde three times over the past months and he is so lovely. Very knowledgeable with a very relaxed patient manner which instantly puts daughter at ease. The receptionists at East Cliff upstairs are so friendly and warm. Helped me book the appointment as the new system would not let me book it because of the way my daughter's symptoms were. Amazing experience all round

I entered the surgery and signed myself in. The atmosphere was relaxing, not many patients waiting. A kindly spoken nurse called me in for the B.T. on time.
She was cheerful and professional and I felt safe in her care, important for me.
All over in about 5 mins.

Recently changed to East Cliff Practice
Recently changed to East Cliff after being elsewhere for nearly 40 years but their service was becoming painful!!
East Cliff so far seem much better and the staff feel as if they care which shows in their attitude, best reception and staff/doctors. Things are ongoing, but so far do good.

Unfortunately the online booking system is not flexible enough for requesting an appointment and definitely not useful trying to request a return appointment which I had been instructed to do so. This survey is not offering enough possible answers - my concern is with the online system not the staff they are great!

I filled in an online e consult. I got given an appointment the next day, went to see a lovely lady who listened to my concerns, and has sent me for tests, I felt listened to and that my concerns were taken seriously

Had to wait far too long for an appointment, as did others. Waited 40 mins. This puts pressure on GPs. Could appt slots be longer to allow for those that need more time thus negating any delays?

I'm sorry to hear that you had a long wait. Sadly there are many clinics going on at once and people seeing different clinicians. Sadly it is inevitable that in any healthcare setting there is going to be delays due to the multi-chronic diseases that some patients have that require attention which I do hope you can understand. Our reception staff are extremely busy behind the front desk dealing with queries and medical issues from the clinical team which must be their priority.
