The surgery sent me a F2F appointment following completion of my e-consult form which included photos. During the whole appointment the GP reiterated what I knew about my skin and didn’t even address the facial swelling that I’m still experiencing on the right side of my face, following a flare up of rosacea which has been under control for 6 weeks now, the reason for my e-consult was to address the swelling on my face. I had not seen this GP before and although he confirmed my bloods were clear he said he didn’t know what was causing it, I felt he was quite condescending and that I’d wasted his time and I left feeling very upset. My husband told me to email the surgery but I appreciate how busy everyone is. I even requested a further script for one of the creams my dermatologist prescribed but that was forgotten after the experience I had during the appointment. Please note I do not want to see this GP again in the future, he wasn’t my usual GP and I’d never experienced this with other gps in the surgery, considering it was the surgery that made the F2F appointment

Excellent, on time, Dr very kind, helpful and sorted all my problems didn't once blame my arthritis or old age even if they were part of the problem.

Changing the dressing of a week old wound could have been an unpleasant experience. However, thanks to the nurse, it was the complete opposite.

I arrived a little early and the check in showed a 10 minute delay but managed to be seen 2 minutes earlier than my appointment. I also discussed self-administration of the injection and this was sorted and ready for collection 2 days later from the Chemist in town.

I arrived early for my blood test appointment so was prepared to wait for 20 minutes or more but immediately I was called in by the nurse. She was both professional and friendly and within minutes had taken my bloods. I was back at home before the time of my actual appointment time. Thank you for another positive experience.

I waited 3 weeks for an appointment, when I got called in the doctor couldn't treat me because he wasn't my GP, now have to wait another 3 weeks for an appointment. Usually I have no problem with the surgery and would never complain but this is wrong and needs to be sorted.
