I really appreciate how Dr Kent has worked so hard to ensure that I get the appointments that I need after being ‘lost’ in the system so many times. I know that the NHS is on its knees, so to have a doctor like Dr Kent who takes time to listen, is kind and fights your corner despite working in a broken system, is something that I am so grateful for.

The best GP I have ever had
Dr. Mash always looks at me as a whole. Always checks in on everything from my last appointment.
She is personable, yet professional and I always feel like she genuinely cares.
She is by far the best GP I have ever had.

I had my appointment booked for 11:40, when booking in the screen noted that the Dr was running 17min behind which is acceptable. However, I was not called until 12.30. 33 mins later than advised, with no staff noting any additional over running of the clinic.

Hospital follow up appointment
This was a 6 week check up appointment following day surgery at qeqm. The nurse Elaine introduced herself to me and put me at ease throughout my appointment. I was treated with dignity and respect and she answered my concerns about my surgery with knowledge and reassurance.

Drs appointment
Arrived for my appointment with Dr Woodward at 4.40....I was there 10 mins before. I was told there was an emergency and I would be delayed. This was about 5. I was told a male Dr might be able to fit me in or I could wait. I chose to wait. But by 5.40 I was still waiting so asked to rebook. The receptionist was very apologetic, not her fault and sadly these things happen.

Simply Fabulous
Since I was diagnosed with Liphodema at QEQM Hosp, at last, after several visits to the surgery, finally I went to hosp by ambulance 5 times before dear Dr Andy. I am blessed to have met him and very blessed that he diagnosed my right leg problem, then the nurses at the Hosp were wonderful as well as the Nurses at the practice

Consultation for pain in my right hip.
