Didn't have to wait. Blood tests were explained ed and medication offered but declined at this present time. No pressure from doctor

New patient, first appointment
My daughter and I are new patients to Eastcliff Medical Centre. I used the Econsult service and found it very efficient and received a quick response.
We visited for a face to face appointment, the reception staff were friendly, GP also.

My recent experience for blood test was very efficient and a relaxed, positive experience. Staff are very helpful and very friendly. I am always at ease when I have an appointment at the surgery with nurses or Doctor and reception staff are also very friendly and helpful.

I was very satisfied with my appointment. Although there was a waiting time I was informed when I booked in how long the delay would be. This did not bother me as whenever I see a doctor at East Cliff Surgery they never make me feel rushed and am able to discuss my condition without worrying how much time I have before my consultation is over.
