Well intentioned
The staff are lovely, really helpful but the tech lets them down. Because of an appointment not being made and a computer crash I waited for 2.5 hours for a test. This wait and miscommunication caused me a lot of anxiety.

The reception lady, and I have seen her before, a young girl with glasses. She really is a gem to have on the team. Was super helpful and every time I visit I have seen her provide above and beyond service to all visitors. She’s amazing. Keep up the good work. Makes visiting GP’s such a nicer experience.

Amazing
I was treated with respect, listened to, I felt heard and everything was discussed. I felt that the conversation flowed and an all-around person centered approach was then followed. With mental health issues, I normally avoided the Dr due to previous treatment by other agencies but I can say hand on heart that was probably the best conversation and outcome I have ever had, plus I was also referred to more help and am actually feeling like I might just have the support to challenge and learn how to deal with my issues with the support surrounding my health

I asked for a female GP for an examination and meds review. The first time I've met Dr Senthil, and she was fantastic. I went in with a list of complex concerns and she took all the info I gave and sorted it into immediate action, advice and referrals. She has excellent eye contact, and I felt really heard and assured. She's brilliant. A real asset to the practice.
