Good service from staff. Technical Issue
I was sent a link to book a f2f after booking my own blood test separately. A technical issue occurred and instead of seeing the Doctor to discuss my blood test results I was booked in for another blood test but wasn’t told. Unfortunately, I now have to wait another 2 weeks until I can see the doctor to discuss my results but, the nurse and receptionist solved the problem within seconds instead of leaving me to wait in the queue.

Very impressed. Nice guy who explains what he is doing and I am already feeling the effects of the treatment. Long way to go but I reckon I am in safe hands

I contacted the surgery regarding a health issue. They couldn't resolve the query I had and said they would make an enquiry and get back to me. They promptly called me when I got home and had arranged an appointment for me so I could see a GP. I always find the majority of the staff to be friendly and helpful.
