This was my first visit, as a new patient I was impressed by the courtesy of the reception staff, the friendly and kind GP, and immensely impressed by the follow up phone call. The GP did exactly what she’d said she’d do: look into my query and get back to me. This happened within a couple of hours and I was offered another appointment with her a week later. All was so easy and efficient and courteous.

As a fairly new patient at this surgery I have so far been very impressed. My appointment for the scan was on time and Chloe the nurse was extremely pleasant explaining the procedure as we went along.
