I had Charlotte do my dressings on my injury and as I waited quite a while for her and I get panic attacks in these places, she asked me if I knew what had caused them and she listened as I explained. I have had them since I was 8yrs old and try to conquer them, so thank you

Poor. So difficult to see a doctor who gives you 5 mins then refers you and you have to wait months for the referral appointment. Really poor

Quick and easy

The booking was very quick and easy to arrange. The blood test was a little delayed but not a concern. The nurse was friendly and the procedure was quick and easy. I was very happy with the service.
