I came for a routine vaccination with MsTerry. Whilst at my appointment l asked if l was eligible for a Shingles vaccination, As there was no message in the pop up box stating that l was, Ms Terry offered to message the nurse to check. I said not to worry as l was more than happy to contact the surgery myself as l could see she was busy.
The following morning l had a text from Ms Terry telling me that she had checked and l was able to have the said vaccination.
I would like to thank Ms Terry for her care and attention.
