The process of registering as a new patient was quick and easy online, and trying to get a GP appointment wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought it would be, there were 38 people in the queue when I rang at 8am but I got a call back and then an appointment same day, this was after trying for FIVE months at my previous GP to try and actually see a doctor. The doctor I saw at East Cliff diagnosed my problem immediately, whereas my previous practice said there was 'no cause for concern' and wouldn't let me see anyone, and I had a prescription straight away. So overall a brilliant experience

Long term medical issue
I had issues with current blood sugars. Dr Woodward had an in depth review of my situation, making several helpful suggestions. This led to a review of several other health issues. Dr Woodward was so helpful. She gave me extra time, was very sympathetic to my issues and offered support. I really value Dr Woodward. Whilst I know it is her job, I really appreciate her professionalism and for being understanding. Thank you.

I believe this is about the very helpful staff. I phoned in today as I messed up my injection yesterday. From reception who answered to her colleague and then Andrew the pharmacist who texted me. I am most grateful for the help and reassurance they gave to me. They all helped to sort me out, I was upsetting myself for messing up and anxious to be sorted. So a great big thank you to them all.
