Long wait, short visit
I waited over an hour to see the doctor and then was less than 5 mins in his office. Felt very rushed out the door.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a long wait. Sadly there are many clinics going on at once and people seeing different clinicians. Sadly it is inevitable that in any healthcare setting there is going to be delays due to the multi-chronic diseases that some patients have that require attention which I do hope you can understand. Our reception staff are extremely busy behind the front desk dealing with queries and medical issues from the clinical team which must be their priority.

A huge thanks to Dr Siva, I attended an appointment made earlier in the day about difficulty breathing and tightness of the chest whilst walking. There was a problem with the electrical supply at the so he had Check in the old fashioned way. After checking my pulse, feeling and timing it, his words were “you’re going to hospital”
After tests at the hospital it was decided to fit a Pacemaker with possible surgery later, due to a heart condition.
So a big thank you to Dr Siva who, I consider, saved my life.

Telephone reception service can be long, self booking on good idea. Dr Suvakumar efficient, polite, explains things in a manner you can understand.

Very friendly staff
I have always found my experience very reassuring on my visits.
My doctor is Dr.Siva has always been very positive and direct and gives me confidence if and when I have had to attend and always follows up details for my piece of mind.

Good Service
Although I made an online request for an appointment with the doctor and was given a quick appointment, I was disappointed at first that it was with a nurse. However, she was a senior nurse and was able to deal with things as the doctor and I felt I had a really good service. I even went back to waiting room and had a blood test done, this impressed me rather than trying to come back another day
This is the service I think they should offer. Really
