I can't understand why I couldn't have a face to face consultation, if a doctor is available for a phone consultation 10mins is 10 minutes over the phone or face to face . As a pensioner, I'm worried things don't seem to be getting any better I don't think it's too much to ask for to be able to see a doctor.

Thank you for your feedback. To be able to increase demand at the practice, not all consultations require a face to face appointment. This will be determined by the clinician that you speak with and then if they feel they need to examine you they will of course arrange the face to face appointment with you.

I am always treated with respect and compassion as an individual. Doctor Kent was and always is very professional, and made me feel at ease. I am always given expert advice and given the correct medication. I feel very safe with the knowledge that I'm being looked after so well and can trust my Doctor to assess and treat me accordingly, it means more to me than I can say. I thank you so very much x

The appointment was given following the response day which was excellent
The time given was convenient. There was a longer than expected wait but this was explained by the nurse and was understandable.
The care given throughout the appointment was excellent. The nurse was caring and engaged.
I was happy with the e-consult response and appointment outcome.

Dr Ocha called on time, which is lovely, his manner and the way he talks to patients is like talking to a friend, he makes you feel like he's known you for years, and he also studies your file so he knows you. Whether in person or on the phone it feels like he cares.

Although I have only joined the practice since October last year I have visited on a number of occasions, the staff on reception are always very friendly and helpful, the various doctors I have seen have been understanding and supportive of my various medical issues, also they have good communication with patients and staff members.
