Very thorough

I met with a nurse regarding my asthma. I thought it was all very thorough and she was very nice. I understood what she was saying and I was very happy with the appointment.

Incredible from start to finish

I recently had to see the respiratory nurse and my word she was incredible from start to finish, I felt heard and she really treated me rather than getting me out the door for the next patient. This was a great experience.
