Falling Short

The consultations have become rushed & diagnosis swift however poorly judged. People skills have been lost. Introductions are foregone. It's 'lets make this quick'; all so mechanical & unsatisfactory. Never see the same doctor more than once. As a person I don't feel seen anymore, seems like a conveyor belt. Disappointing quality.

Reliable and speedy

I realise GP surgeries suffer bad press and to be honest I haven’t always had day one success booking an appointment. That said, with a matter of urgency appointment they have really pulled it out of the bag for me.

Vaccinations

Both had an appointment for RSV vaccinations. No waiting and no discomfort, lovely nurse too! Very good, thank you for looking after us old codgers!
