I didn't have any side effects from the shingles vaccine other than a sore arm.

Emergency appointment
Cannot praise enough the service that I received. After seeking to book a face to face appointment and joining the queue outside the practice, within half an hour of being seen by receptionist having an appointment with nurse prescriber. Very thorough examination and meditation prescribed. All done within 45 min of arriving at the practice. Well done.

Very good visit
I saw Dr. Woodward my wait time was not too long, I think about 10mins. I signed myself in which is very easy to do and there was no queue. It was a nice relaxing wait to see the doctor especially now there’s some music to listen to. Dr. Woodward was warm and welcoming and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. This meant I was confident when I left the appointment and knew the next steps I had to follow.

Receptionist Appointment
I went into the practice at lunchtime, more out of hope than expectation, to ask for an appointment with a nurse, having been advised by my chemist at Boots Broadstairs. There were none available for that day but the lovely young lady on reception immediately offered a hospital GP slot on the next day, Saturday. I graciously accepted, thank you.
