I spoke to Michelle (secretary) today who was very helpful, dealt with my request straight away (I had previously requested this info by email on 2 December). I am very grateful to hear for helping me so quickly and thoroughly.

Blood test

The nurse that should have taken my blood test went sick so I was told I would have to make another appointment. l was not too pleased but the other nurse that was on duty said she would do it for me.

I had a health check with Amy. I was very happy with everything and Amy was very professional. I was given good advice and a print out with all my results on.

Account of recent visit to surgery

The Doctor was extremely courteous and more than helpful with my problem. X-Ray arranged for the same afternoon and another appointment already made with Dr to discuss the X-Ray.

First class service

I had an urgent blood test to attend at QEQM, after seeing my GP. Had to return to surgery, as I’d forgotten form. Receptionist had to chase up my form. Nothing was too much trouble.

Dr Braganza

Dr Braganza was courteous and attentive. Put me forward to the breast cancer clinic with speed. The clinic basically carried out the same routine as Dr Braganza and I now have to wait for a Mammogram, which I hope will be done swiftly.
