Consistently outstanding

My experiences as a patient at East Cliff are consistently outstanding. My own GP (and the GP seen today) are both exceptionally skilled, thorough and compassionate. The administrators are similar, efficient and quick to respond. I really appreciate the professional, joined up care from the practice, it is impressive.

I had a meeting with the nurse at 9.20 on Friday 17th July. She was very kind and smiling to me because I always become a bit nervous with injections. Ashley (can’t spell) was excellent with my right arm and I was calm and happy. She’s a great nurse!

Kind, calm and helpful

I always have good experiences with Reception. Chris, Natalie, Siena, all of them ( I don’t know all the names)- were so kind, calm and helpful. If you’re asking about my experience with Dr Speller, she was very thorough and impressed me with the way she thought about all possibilities. I felt much better after seeing her.

Extremely gentle
