Very efficient as always, both appointments were set up very quickly and easily using E-consult. Was seen on time for both appointments on the day, both nurses were fantastic. Very grateful to have such a brilliant surgery.

Blood Sample
Provided a blood sample to Susan who managed to obtain the sample at the first attempt. That doesn’t happen most times when asked to provide blood. Excellent service provided quickly and most efficiently and one most appreciated at Eastcliffe.

Telephone consultation and follow up
Good GP phone consultation followed by referral to urgent response team, nurse Sophie was great and liaised with the lab for blood results and GP nurse Bev.
Receptions was supportive and referred to triage team, nurse Bev was excellent with home visit and reassurance.

I had waited 2 weeks to see a locum who was then ill so saw a stand in - who was my old doctor Dr Phillip - as always she was amazing best doctor ever & shame she left. She listened, was pragmatic & empathetic & presented solutions.

Doctor appears to be caring and concerned.
It would have been Excellent if I hadn't had to wait 10 days from econsult being sent.
Dr. gave impressive knowledge of my specific situation, care and concern. I felt listened to, although with nearness of pre op assessment, and my total fear of opiates thanks to hospital stay in November 2023. I have not yet taken any of the tablets prescribed.
The Dr.was however very reassuring re the unlikely effect of this small dose causing similar problems, and I have this as a totally last resort fall back position. Meantime I am counting the days to the pre op on 19th Nov. like a child waiting for Christmas. Knowing that my only longterm pain relief will be the very long awaited hip replacement.

Appointment with Dr Barganza to discuss medication that caused nightmares and sleep loss. After listening to my concerns Dr Barganza advised me to try a higher level tablet for 3 weeks to see if that helped. I have an appointment this week and am pleased with the results I have had so far. I find it easy to discuss my issues with Dr Barganza. I truly hope she stays at the practice.

Booking appointment for a meds review
I was sent a text to book a review of medication. The options were to call at 8am or go online. Neither are ideal in that circumstance. Calling at 8am - nightmare. Online was ok but asked far too many irrelevant questions just to try and book a review. The response was next day giving me an appointment via text. Great. My appointment with Dr Stern was also excellent.

Was a very good review on my tablets, had someone very nice to talk to, a lady, so my anxiety didn’t go up in the air as I get very bad anxiety if I have men to talk to and she listened to me which was good. I hope I can have ladies all the time when going to the doctors.
