My first appointment since my return to East Cliff
I found the doctor to be very attentive, and I felt quite at ease. My concerns were taken seriously, and she answered all my questions. My appointment wasn't rushed, although the doctor was running late.

I had an appointment with the nurse for a bloody test, I didn't have to wait long. She was the only person I spoke to as I'd booked in online.

Disappointing.
I feel fobbed off, as lovely as the Nurse Practitioner was and there is a place for them, what I really needed was to see a doctor, yet again I’ve wasted money on a prescription that hasn’t worked because it wasn’t needed. You give me an appointment, ask if it’s an ok time, I can’t make it so cancel through the correct channels then you don’t bother to make another appointment. I’m actually quite worried about my current condition and feel let down.

All information that a receptionist asks, is for a reason that has been requested by the clinical team. This is so that they can book you with the most appropriate clinician in the practice that may have a specialty in the issue that you are coming in with.
Please contact the practice to arrange a follow up review. You will be able to ask for a specific doctor that you feel comfortable with.

Ongoing problems
I have an ongoing problem that’s really wearing to live with. Although I do definitely feel the Doctors have been more than fair with all the testing I’ve undergone over the last 3.5years of an undiagnosed problem. I can’t help but feel upset with the question “what do you what from me “ which I’ve encountered more than once.
I feel that they just want me to go away and live with it.
Also, the E consult is not good.
Over all, minor Niggles, but very frustrating.
