Karen was very efficient and polite.

It was easy to book an appointment on line, was seen in a timely manner and the Doctor was very professional.

My appointment was on time and positive. Making the appointment was harder. Took 3 attempts to get through and then my appointment had to be moved.

Using the self service check in was very simple and the appointment was spot on time.
The assistant was friendly and explained the test process very clearly and performed it with pleasant professionalism.
The wait for results was quite short, and the whole process was stress free and carried out very well.
Full marks to the staff!!

I saw a nurse after requesting an e consult, which I wasn't happy about as was hoping to see a doctor about abdominal pain, the nurse in question made me feel like I wasting her time as I wasn't in pain that day, but had I been able to see a dr on the Monday they would have known exactly where the pain was, I asked her if it was possible I had an ulcer knocking around, and the answer she gave I felt as if I was being stupid, I have since seen another dr and wasn't made to feel stupid for asking the same question, I left the surgery on the 16th feeling angry that
A.Didn't see a dr.
B. Made to feel stupid and wasting her time.
C.Came out feeling like I got no answers.
This was for my visit on the 16/10/24.

I did an econsult explaining that I had been referred to the ENT and that the treatment wasn't working so would like to return. I waited 3 weeks for a gp appointment, which I knew would be a waste of time, to be told I need to be referred again! Why wasn't the notes read and the referral done at the beginning? It was a waste of an appointment and a delay in my treatment.

Extremely unhappy, the doctor my daughter saw had told me that she has tonsillitis and also signs of sepsis, which as a mom had scared me to death! She strongly advised that we go to a&e, she wanted to call her an ambulance which I told her we didn’t need because we could make our own way there, or she said she would prescribe antibiotics for her tonsillitis and we could keep an eye on her.
When we had turned up at a&e the nurses took her observations and straight away said she didn’t look like a baby that has sepsis, the dr that had examined her said the same thing and also said there is no puss/spots on her tonsils which means she has no tonsillitis!
As relieved as I was that she was fine, I was also so angry with the doctor that she seen only 1-2 hrs beforehand, the nurses at the hospital also said if the doctor really thought that she had sepsis the doctor surgeries have medicine that they would need to give straight away!
And also if we had gone the route of keeping an eye on her and giving her antibiotics, she would have taken a whole course of antibiotics for tonsillitis which she never had!!!

Simple appointment, very nice nurse. Next appointment already arranged.
