Excellent treatment.

Well organized, when I arrived & saw the huge line of patients I thought I'd be waiting an hour or more, but the queue was moving down quite quickly as there were 4 rooms of nurses working well & organising all patients I was out of the surgery in 20 mins & the whole process was painless.

Excellent

I waited quite a long time to speak to receptionist. She put me down for a phone call from the doctor. She called me in after a chat. Next morning an appointment was booked for follow up. She was very concerned, sent me to A and E with a letter. I was very impressed with her caring attitude. The experience at hospital was a whole different story!
