Kind care

I saw one of the practice nurses, she was kind and really helpful. She cleaned my wound and told me how to care for it over the next few days. She even provided me with the bandages I needed as the ones in the shop are too small. Before I left she gave me a date to come back to make sure it’s healing properly.

Appointment with physiotherapist

Appointment was on time and he was very thorough. Unfortunately he did not feel that my problem would benefit by physiotherapy but would refer me back to GP for possible further bloods/appointment and I am awaiting outcome.

Phone consult

Contacted the surgery when we contracted Covid and my husband needed medication for another issue. We had a call back by a nurse practitioner who listened to the symptoms and sent a prescription to the pharmacy. Exactly the correct action and we were very pleased.
