My doctor gave me ample time and discussed various things with me in my face to face appointment.
I felt heard and felt she understood that all the different things were potentially linked.
And have follow up appointments booked in.

Best GP experience in a while

I got an appointment within 2 weeks of the econsult which was quicker than expected. Text message reminder is a great idea. Didnt wait too long to be seen. GP was understanding and referral was done quickly. Follow up appintment booked for 2 weeks. Surgery was clean and staff were friendly.

Thank you for good service

Following an appointment with my doctor about my right knee, I was told I would need to see the physiotherapist first and this would be arranged, and I should expect to be contacted within the month. In fact I only had to wait three days to see the physiotherapist who said he would refer me to my GP for a knee replacement referral. I was contacted within the week by my surgery and given an appointment with my GP. That is a quick service, thank you.

Explained everything to me

I arrived early for my appointment and thought I would be waiting around, which I was more than willing to do. However, I was called in within 5-10 mins of arriving. Dr Sivakumar listened to my concerns and explained everything to me well.

I was seen by a doctor at the practice, she gave me time to talk I wasn’t made to feel rushed.
When appointment was made reception team re looked at my e consult and managed to find a closer appointment for me as I felt unhappy on the waiting time for 1st appointment given.
All services were very good.
