My appointment with Dr Sivakuma was more than excellent as always he was listening, caring and concerned and helpful in trying to sort out my various health concerns I could not ask or wish for anything better at this moment in time, and I hope to get another appointment very very soon To discuss the results of my tests with him.

Growing Cyst on chest
Dr Ucha has a nice demeanour, listens well. I have been put forward again for a dermatology appointment. I have been advised if I do not hear anything by 26 November contact the surgery. This cyst is getting noticeably bigger by the day and is painful. I truly hope I don't have a nearly 2 month wait!

East Cliff Medical Practice
The quality and standard of service has noticeably improved. The receptionists, especially, are courteous and very helpful. Staff may still be under pressure, but all seem to be in a much happier place.

Urgent appointment needed for cellulitis
Having developed early symptoms of a flare up of my recurring cellulitis I rang to see if I could get the necessary antibiotics, and was given an appointment with a Nurse Practitioner, who was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Recent doctors appointment
Having seen 3 previous doctors for my chest infection, which has now been going on for 3 months, I have now seen my fourth doctor. This time I feel a bit more confident that, with some bacteria tests, we may get a resolution having tried many things over the past 3 months. Really could do with getting my chest clear!

Positive Consultation.
I saw Dr. Jayakody (for the first time) about a problem I have had for many years. She listened and took time to explain my condition. She also referred me to a specialist. Something that had not even been suggested before... and my appointment came through the next day. Very pleased.
