Was seen by doctor and explained the results of MRI scan that I could understand and told the referral could take some weeks, got confirmation that I’m now in the system to go further.

Supportive and helpful
The doctor listened to my concerns and didn't make me feel stupid or like my problems weren't important. He gave me advice and referrals and even reminded me of my overdue cervical smear! I left feeling a lot better about my situation, and feeling like I'm going to get the support I need.

Nurse appointment
I was very unwell with what turned out to be a strep infection and tonsillitis. I saw a nurse and she had someone with her, a trainee or observer. They were both helpful, but the trainee/observer was brilliant, he made me feel comfortable and explained everything and all about the infection.
After my last experience at the surgery a while ago, that was awful, this visit was excellent and I didn't feel like I was wasting anyone's time or that anything was my fault.

Weekly appointment
Had my weekly appointment for dressing changes and I also had an enquiry at reception, Reception staff were very friendly and professional and dealt with my enquiry quickly and efficiently, and the nursing staff I saw for my dressing replacement again were very friendly and professional, giving me very good advice on how I can better look after my legs.
