I had a HRT review with Dr Stern but also had some health related issues to discuss with him.
I felt listened to and he explained things to me very clearly and was very thorough.

From the receptionist onwards everyone was so helpful. Dr Pick who I believe is retired examined me thoroughly, gave me antibiotics and referred me to a dermatologist.

The doctor was thorough, listening patiently to my concerns. Testing heart rate and blood pressure before checking my chest and breathing difficulties prior to recommending medication for my issue. So far all is good and I feel better.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a long wait. Sadly there are many clinics going on at once and people seeing different clinicians. Sadly it is inevitable that in any healthcare setting there is going to be delays due to the multi-chronic diseases that some patients have that require attention which I do hope you can understand. Our reception staff are extremely busy behind the front desk dealing with queries and medical issues from the clinical team which must be their priority.

Skin tag removal on eyelid
Dr Neaden was very courteous, polite and professional. Secured a lasso is suture twine around base of skin tag and pulled it tight. Cut the blood supply off, and on the 4th day, it completely dropped off, no pain or scar. Excellent service as usual.

Gout medical condition review
My medication was reviewed and I was prescribed a cream for future flares up to replace and maintain pain relief as I cannot take any more colchicine.
I was also informed to come back if stiffness and unbearable pain come back and persist to take the issue further with a referral. I couldn’t ask for better care from Dr Usha who is very explicit and always monitor my gout issues to help with the pain by controlling it. I will follow his advice as this often works. Many thanks.
