Very happy

Little bit of a wait but that was to be expected. I was met by a doctor who came across as professional friendly and caring also the reception area was clean and I also felt heard by the doctor and was happy I was physically checked, my throat and face helped me exactly as I felt I needed and assured throughout. So very very happy.
