Sympathetic and friendly

Excellent doctor
I saw Dr Brenda Osieyo and was very impressed by her sympathetic and friendly attitude. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and I appreciated her advice. I may have to return again to see her for perhaps stronger antibiotics as my cough has not totally gone yet but am very pleased that I saw her. Thank you

Brilliant doctor

The doctor I saw was brilliant! She is friendly, super efficient and a credit to the surgery!
She is very thorough in checking every aspect of my conditions. She instils confidence in me because I know she will take the very best care of me. And she will do her very best in curing / managing my conditions! Thank you for the devoted care you bestow on me.

My Experience

Being in pain for a long time now and need to really see why after failed ablation 2.5 years ago; of course not great when I had to wait almost a month for an appointment. At 75 and 9 years Army we are not doing well in our system

Very helpful

Dr Brenda was very helpful. She listened carefully and ordered appropriate tests and treatment. I appreciate her professionalism.
Reception staff have been very helpful also.

Best doctor I’ve seen at the practice

A brilliant NHS service

Excellent service right from receiving a request to make an appointment to provide a blood sample to actually providing the sample with the nurse. Must mention the nurse was fantastic and managed to acquire the blood samples on her first attempt…my veins are notoriously small. A brilliant NHS service; thank you.

Very professional

The doctor and staff have been very professional dealing with me. Both my husband and I cannot work anima and relied on the receptionist to write something which after seeing the doctor was life threatening
