Medicine and blood pressure review

Doctor Siva gave me time to tell him how I felt regarding my blood pressure readings being lower in one part than I expected. I felt reassured. We discussed my health in general and he arranged physio for my hand that was damaged in a fall. I think I got good service from a good doctor.

I was advised that my pre booked appointment had been incorrectly cancelled. However the nurse I was due to see managed to rebook me an appointment & administer the B12 injection.

Very easy to use apart from end date on a fit note. I won't know how long my fit note would last. Could do with a box to tick to say not sure.

A First Class Service

I'm presently under the continuing care of the nursing team because of a leg ulcer that is slow to heal. I have been absolutely delighted with the kindness and professionalism of all of the nurses with whom I've had appointments. I couldn't have asked for a better service - thank you all very much indeed.

Infected leg wound from an insect bite

I came to the East Cliff practice to have my leg dressed about every 3 days. The nurses I saw were very thorough, attentive and very efficient in their treatment. I could not wish for better.

Excellent attention by Dr. regarding pain.

The Doctor gave me plenty of time to explain why I had requested an appointment he listened intently regarding my case and suggested help which I am trialling now. Couldn’t wish for better care and I felt valued as a patient.
