Can’t get an appointment to see my named doctor, either on the day or by booking an appointment for another time.

Spinal problems, loss of feeling in limbs
Rubbish, all your new doctors do not care, they do not want to listen to the problem or help, they just want you out, discussed in the care from your new doctors and I do not want to see them again, if it's not bad enough one of them missed an illness in my son which nearly left him on life support because he didn't want to listen and the other thinks its normal to have no feeling in one arm even though you have diagnosed spinal problems, your care standards have dropped drastically.

Although we were late for the appointment, due to my having an upset tummy, Susan was really understanding and helpful. Once she had taken the blood necessary, she explained and confirmed other appointments.

An outsiders perspective...
As always, on entering the building there is a strong feeling of being welcome. This pervades the general areas creating a warm sense of confidence in the staff competencies.
Importantly there is no feeling of being rushed, yet the waiting area /Reception was quietly getting on with the various jobs in hand.
