Dr Ighodaro examined the lesions and recommended a referral to the hospital. I said that I thought this had been done in house before. She checked and said an appointment would be made at the surgery and I would be informed of the time and date.

Telephone consultation
I found your receptionist Stephanie to be more than helpful after she called me back and I explained my query. She then said that she would find out and call me back which she did within minutes. Followed by a telephone call from Dr Phillips who again was most helpful. I cannot fault these two people and the service I received, this has not always been the case. Very good to see the improvement.

Fantastic
Dr MacPherson was wonderful, she was calm, understanding, patient and she really listened to my concerns and fears. I was prescribed medication which hasn't helped yet, but Dr MacPherson did say it takes 2 weeks to work, as antidepressants usually do.

Gastroscope follow up
Saw GP on time, happy to explain results and suggest care going forward. Interested and helpful in what I had to say too (I'm living with multiple comorbidities and the meds can affect each other). Came away reassured and with a clear plan of treatment.

I saw a GP with my daughter who suffers from depression. Hello was fantastic. Responded concisely and respected her privacy as well as listening to my concerns. We were both very happy with the outcome.

Amazing
I had an appointment with Laura Hopper for a pill check. I told her I had recently had surgery and she actually listened to everything I said and gave me great advice about my pill. When I told her my concerns she stopped at nothing to find a solution. After having seen numerous doctors and paying privately for surgery she is the first person to actually explain endometriosis to me in great depth and I wish all doctors and nurses take the time she took to help me.
