Hearing test.

My appointment was on time. I was fitted with a hearing aid straight away after the hearing test. Mrs Woodhams showed me how to use it and was very helpful and professional.

Excellent 'bedside manner'

The reception services were simply outstanding - pleasant and efficient. My doctor was very thorough in his examination and subsequent diagnosis whilst also displaying an excellent 'bedside manner'. I left the surgery very happy with the whole doctor/surgery/patient experience. I felt reassured, completely confident of the diagnosis and of my future recovery

Mixed blessings

Had to have a blood pressure test the other day. The appointment was exactly on time and the nurse was lind quick and efficient. The only reason I had the appointment however is that the blood pressure machine in the foyer was broken yet again!
