Extremely attentive and listens.

Doctor John, great doctor. Listened to on going problem I have. New medication to help and follow up appointments for X-rays sorted. I left feeling that I had been listened to. His manner towards me was reassuring.

Phone call regarding frailty

Received a call from Beatrice enquiring as to my well being and after a questionnaire asking if I needed any support. I was offered support if I ever needed it.

Nurse appointment

Nurse Elaine was so very helpful when arranging a smear test. She quickly organised for my GP to give me a px to help my vaginal dryness to enable me to have the smear which made the experience much less traumatic for me.

Was pleased with the visit. Only running a few minutes late from my appointment time, injection was fine, no problems.

Reassuring visit

Doctor was great, reassuring and explained everything, he also took the time to ask if he could help with anything else, such a shame he is retiring, always lose the best.

Helpful staff

All good. I called on the day and requested an appointment with a female doctor. The staff were really accommodating of my request and squeezed me in with Dr Catherine Neden.
Dr Catherine was running 30 minutes late. But everything was fine. Reception staff were friendly & helpful.

Amazing service

Did E-consult in the morning, was seen at 1200 the same say by PA Iryina who was kind, thorough and informative and organised bloods and urine sample. Felt listened to and looked after. Thank you Iryina

Also had an examination by the GP and discussed general health and possible causes for reasons for my admission to the hospital.
Provided follow-up tests.

Kind and caring

The nurses were very kind and caring towards my mum while she had her legs wrapped in compression dressings. They explained everything to her. They have been amazing for our weekly visits.
