Visit for lump on hand

Appointment with GP
The Doctor I saw was extremely kind and thoughtful. He spoke to me in depth regarding my levels of pain from hip replacement and ongoing back pain. He was most anxious to help in any way possible. He suggested I should book an X-Ray to assess any serious damage, as I had twisted my hip badly two weeks previously. I had trouble sleeping and had to sleep in a chair as the bed was too painful. He explained that he was going to prescribe a higher dose of Butec Patches for one month to see if that would help. He asked me to arrange another face to face appointment in two weeks time after he had received a diagnosis from the hospital regarding the X-Ray. The Dr took time to look through my notes for previous illnesses and hospital appointments. He was extremely kind and caring, I felt reassured I was in very safe hands. Please thank him on my behalf for the excellent way I was treated. My son came with me to the appointment and he was similarly impressed.

Taken to the GP by my wife!
I was given a very thorough overall check up which satisfied my wife that I am not about to expire. She was further reassured when the doctor gave me a form for a blood test.

Health check up
Was asked to go for a health check up. The nurse was very friendly and professional. Did not have to wait long and was in and out within the 30 minutes. Answered all my questions. 10 /10.
