Had a speedy appointment and the doctor got me an x-ray appointment very quickly too. However, she could not suggest anything to deal with the pain I was going to endure until the x-ray results would come back in another 10 days - a bit disappointing.

I had an ultra sound at The Grange which was very good, the lady who did it was fantastic. GP phoned a couple of
hours later to explain the results, within two weeks I’d had a procedure at QEQM, follow up appointment with GP, excellent!

I wasn’t sure why the phone appointment was necessary to be honest, it was made by a receptionist after I asked for results after a blood test during a routine health check. But was able to ask some useful questions and was given very satisfactory answers.

The purpose of my appointment was to discuss recurrent urinary tract infections. I was half an hour late being seen for which Dr. Pick apologised, but he was very thorough, explained things well and went through my treatment clearly. I felt very satisfied and reassured.
