Got same day appointment because of a cancellation. Only had a 10 min wait upon arrival and nurse was friendly, warm and efficient.

After a wait in the telephone queue, I was offered an appointment on the same day. I was then seen on time and given a very good assessment by Mechelle. Good service all round.

Very pleased with the service

I rang about my Mum who is 96 and had diarrhoea. I rang the surgery and a nurse rang me back and reassured me then visited the next day. She had spoken to the GP and talked to me about stopping some medication until she was feeling better. I was very pleased with the service my mum got.

Pneumonia vaccination

I had my vaccination last week. I had a text reminder for the appointment, which is useful. I didn't have to wait very long. The vaccination didn't take long at all. All round, a very good experience. Thank you.

Mental health

Found the appointment to be calming and the doctor very sympathetic to my needs. Dr Siva was a calming man with a soft smile and was very good at listening to my needs which made my visit relaxing which was needed for my situation.
