Blood pressure

I saw Dr Siva about my blood pressure being high. He was extremely helpful. Talked to me about my life style and we agreed that I should take the increased dosage of my medication that the locum doctor had prescribed but that I should try and lose weight. He gave me advice on how I could do that and said he wanted to see me again in two months. I feel very lucky to be with the East Cliff Practice.

Very pleasant experience

Very simple check in. Short wait to see a friendly GP, who felt very unhurried and asked about my existing conditions as well as the acute one I made the appointment for. Friendly receptionist booked me in for a blood test.

Prompt response

I arrived a few minutes prior to my appointment. I was called in time. The nurse was pleasant and efficient as she took the blood samples ordered by the doctor.

Phone call consultation for test results

Call was on time and Dr Siva was really helpful and put my mind at rest with my daughter’s test results. Very clear and knowledgeable.

A Wonderful Service!

I have a surgical wound which has been slow to heal following a small hospital procedure. I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful service that I've received from the nurses at East Cliff who have given my follow up treatment. They have all been wonderfully kind and efficient, I really couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you all very much indeed.
