Brilliant service

I did an e-consult and because there was a cancellation I was seen within the hour and the doctor I saw was lovely, she listened, she looked and took action, a real asset to the team.

Seen by a new GP

The Dr I saw was not English but spoke perfect English so was very easy to understand him.
He asked questions & listened very carefully to my answers (writing them down as well)
He explained everything in easy to understand detail.
He was also very polite, kind, caring & did not try to "rush me" or "hurry me up!"

Surgery visit

Managed to get an appointment for the next day although I was desperate with a continuing urine infection. Seen and given further antibiotics. Taken a while to clear and feeling very unwell but hopefully on the mend.
