B 12 injection
The visit was a pleasant one. The staff are friendly, the appointment was on time! My only complaint is that I want this injection in the thigh and not my arm, but the nurse could not do this???

Excellent & Thorough
I attended the surgery for a medication review. The clinical pharmacist was really friendly & thorough in her approach. I felt confident that she had asked all the right questions and checked everything was as it should be. Couldn't have been more helpful!

Doctor running late, 35mins over time. But pleasant, knowledgable and efficient when I was seen. Would be good if reception could keep waiting patients informed of any delays.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a long wait. Sadly there are many clinics going on at once and people seeing different clinicians. Sadly it is inevitable that in any healthcare setting there is going to be delays due to the multi-chronic diseases that some patients have that require attention which I do hope you can understand. Our reception staff are extremely busy behind the front desk dealing with queries and medical issues from the clinical team which must be their priority.

Came in with chest tightenings due to anxiety after already waiting 3 weeks for an appointment, nothing was resolved and I was sent away and given another consultation a week later.

On the 4 July, voting day, I had an appointment. Due to the voting I did forget. Popped in the following morning to apologise and to book another appointment. The girl on the desk left me speechless. I asked when the next available appointment her reply was don't have one, so I said what about in the next week or weeks. Reply, don't have one. I said next month any time. Reply, I don't have one. So I said next year. Then I said don't tell me, ou don't have one. I left so angry I can't even express my feelings. Please tell me is this normal practice? Yes I'm aware how broken the system is hence why I stay away and leave the GP to more important people. I can't stress how sorry I was for missing my appointment but when you get a reply like that it's made me now think should I be seeking for a new GP surgery. I spoke to staff at Mocketts Wood as they call in my place of work next door. I asked them is this the response I should have had. No they said.

My experience with Physio
I had an appointment with the physio, on getting there the man gave me a warm welcome and offered a seat for me. Thereafter, he began to interact with me by introducing himself to me and I equally did likewise. In a short while ,the major issue began. He brought a piece of paper and made a drawing to show me my shoulder joint. He finished that and asked me to carry out some exercises which I did. He told me that nothing was wrong with the arms at that moment and if anything should happen that I should communicate back within six months from then till December. In a nutshell, the physio is a professional indeed. There are professional skills in what he was doing that day with me from when we met till the time I exited the office. Keep it up!!
