Reception discretion

The callback system failed me so given phone appointment for a personal issue. On the phone receptionist repeated my address aloud (it's not a long, general road) and then repeated a very personal detail about my condition/treatment aloud. Was she alone at the time or at surgery front desk?

Face to face appointment request by Dr Siva.

I had a request from surgery via Dr Siva for a face to face appointment soon after my yearly in-house ultra scan and the appointment took place in just over two weeks.
Dr Siva was very friendly courteous and informative.
An appointment was then made by himself for the Urology Dept at Spencer Unit in Ashford which will also be in just over a couple of weeks.

Face to face appointment

My appointment with Dr Pick was on time. He was very helpful and dealt with my questions very well.
Self check in was perfect. This service is much better to use than the receptionists.

The nurse, who was new to performing smear tests, listened to my concerns. She was very understanding, gentle and polite and checked in during the procedure to make sure I was ok. Thank you.
