Quick and easy
Booking my smear test was easy with times to fit around my work, check in was easy and only 5 mins before being called. The nurse I had was amazing and reassuring and very quick in a good way.

Efficient Service
The nurse was professional and competent.
I felt that it was appalling she had to work all day, in what was effectively a box room with no windows.
This travesty should be rectified as soon as possible!

Renew Prescription
I needed a new prescription.but they insisted I talk the a doctor, they did say they would phone at lunch time. They phoned at 6.30pm, a 6 hour wait, talked to a doctor I don't know, still it was nice she called at all, some times it seems the only people there at the practice, are receptionists ,who’s job it is to stop you ever seeing a doctor!

Visit to community nurse
Needed to have a few stitches removed from a minor operation and all went very smoothly. The nurse was friendly, precise and gave clear descriptions of my healing progress and of what she was doing as I could not see the affected area. All of this was much appreciated and I left feeling better than when I arrived!

I contacted the surgery in the morning via econsult and was called with an appointment very quickly for that afternoon. I was also after some advice on my PSA result which the lady who rang explained really well. Very happy with the service and advice received.

B12 injection
I had a B12 injection and was given times of when to come for further treatment and a blood test. This is very helpful as are the emails to remind me of times of appointments. The nurses are always so very careful. Trying not to hurt. It only hurts for seconds and I am grateful for the treatment and helpful nurses who are kind and apologise for the pain of the injection.

Very pleasantly surprised, by being able to quite easily get through to reception and then being given a GP appointment in person. The lady GP I saw was very nice and helpful. Sort of restores your faith that the system can still work as intended.
