The Doctor and Nurse were very thorough and put me at ease.

Unable to carry out spirometry as I have high blood pressure, asked to complete BP form for seven days

Booking the appointment was easy as was check in. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a delay of around 40 minutes but that was to be expected so I wasn't too bothered but when I saw the actual doctor, he asked me what was the reason for my appointment, as I was explaining that I was returning due to what the previous doctor had said to do, he cut me off and dismissed the fact that I was there. He then said that he definitely wouldn't prescribe any further antibiotics without me asking, told me it was fine and basically told me that it wasn't hot anymore. When I challenged him saying it was, again, he cut me off and laughed saying that it wasn't then said, hopefully, I've put your mind at ease and sent me out. I nearly complained at the time but was a little shocked and didn't. My injury still is saw and red and not healed and I'm slightly worried that it might become infected again. The doctor's name was Dr Gregor Stern. Overall, the actual consultation has made me feel nervous as to what to do next. I am not the sort of person that is usually affected by this but I am now anxious going forward. The doctor lacked a bedside manner which really didn't help the situation

I was asked to attend for a blood test. Told to get the app if I want to find out test results.

Natasha, as always was very professional throughout my appointment. The only down side of today was that the surgery had once again run out of K2 light compression dressing in my size.

The nurses I see are friendly and always so helpful.

I was treated by the Dr in a most considerate and calm manner, and was pleased to learn and be reassured by his diagnosis.

The nurse who assessed me was very helpful, thorough and informed me of the best way to move forward with my asthma treatment . Plus she did additional tests while I was there and arranged for blood tests.

As always a pleasant, comfortable visit with Dr. Siva.

I have rated what i have, as you never see the same Doctor twice, its always someone who doesn't know your history, I still have not really found anything out.

When I made an appointment via e-consult instead of being asked to phone if want to cancel it would be better to phone or contact to CONFIRM. If no confirmation within set period, maybe 5 working days, then appointment goes to someone else.
At least 2 advantages of this. You know that the patient has received the appointment and they had to interact. Doing this may reduce missed appointments as well as other benefits. This procedure should be adopted across the entire NHS.

All OK, in and out in reasonable time.

I can't find fault with my visit from the receptionist to doctor and nurses. I can't, they are exceptional and deserve credit for all they do.
