Appointment for my 7 month old son
Physician was lovely with my baby, explained everything clearly, so I understood and was very thorough. I was so impressed and also reassured by the appointment, so thank you. The appointments were running late, but I didn't mind after such professional service.

Had a very positive experience where Dr Sivakumar was extremely understanding and supportive when i explained a recent frustration with a consultant at qeqm for an ongoing issue.
He understood where i came from, around my frustration and he was really supportive with next steps. I already have a scan booked in, so thank you.

Smear appointment
I was invited to attend my smear as long overdue following the birth of my baby. I waited in the reception for 1 hour (50 mins as I was ten mins early) to then be told (kindly by the nurse - not her fault) that the system online will not allow me to have my smear as it's been delayed for three years even though I haven't had a smear since 2020. I stress it's not on the nurse but should be flagged or looked into prior to me coming for the appointment as I again need to wait until the system is updated until I can have a smear.

Appointment for tonsils
I went to see the doctor he weren’t my usual doctor but I went to see him about my tonsil stones and potentially getting my tonsils removed because the tonsil stones are getting too much and I felt as if the doctor was arrogant and rude and it was like talking to a robot
