Dr Daws is always attentive and conscientious. She is gentle and kind. Although firm on her recommendations, I think she is fabulous as she is very gracious and helpful.

Pleasantly surprised
Phoned up Monday morning, and went into the queuing system to await an answer. My call was answered reasonably quickly, and after explaining the reason for my call was offered an appointment that day.
Booked into the surgery ahead of my appointment using the automated service and was informed the GP was running approx 16 minutes late, so settled in to wait to be called. I was called in on time and was pleased with the consultation & examination.
All in all a really positive experience.

It was the first time I had met Doctor Neaden and he was the perfect gentleman.
He listened to what I had to say, asked relevant questions, and then informed me the next step of action I was to take.
Lovely to be greeted with a smile, very easy to talk to.

I was pleasantly shocked at getting an appointment on the day of calling surgery! This was with the nurse practitioner, straight forward with a treatment plan identified. Let down slightly by receptionist questioning the follow up appointment needed, quite “assertively” until she checked my notes to find I was correct in my request.
